Oneonta’s tenants need a union.

To get a union, we will have to build it ourselves by bringing together tenants across the city to take action. This will require a real movement that can unite tenants of different backgrounds and beliefs in the defense of our class interests.

Reclaim Oneonta is working to initiate such a movement. We cannot do this alone. Ultimately, it will have to be tenant across the city who will have to take action on their own behalf. If you are interested in creating a tenant movement and building a tenant union to fight for yourself, apply to join!

At the current stage, we are looking for people willing to collect signatures on a petition for the Good Cause Eviction Law, but all tenants are open to join. Once you apply, we will reach out to you and start your onboarding process.
